Refund & Return Policy

At Packingvala, we take great care in packaging and delivering every order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We accept return/replacement requests within 48 hours of delivery only for eligible products. Customers must share the order ID, product photos, packaging photos, and an unboxing video wherever possible.

Perishable & Edible Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items such as sweets, dry fruits, chocolates, food products, or edible hamper items once delivered, unless the wrong item was delivered or the item was received in a damaged/spoiled condition.

Rakhi & Festive/Seasonal Products

Rakhi and other festive/seasonal products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, unless the product received is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, photos, and an unboxing video. After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once processed, the amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment method.

Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product, Packingvala will bear the return/replacement shipping cost. For any approved return due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Rakhi and festive/seasonal products
  • Customized or personalized packing orders
  • Made-to-order hampers or trays
  • Used, opened, or damaged-by-customer products
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Perishable or edible items
  • Products without original packaging/tags, wherever applicable

How to Raise a Return Request

To raise a return or replacement request, please contact us at support@packingvala.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, photos, and unboxing video.
