Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Note: During festive periods such as Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, and wedding season, dispatch and delivery timelines may be slightly longer due to high order volume and courier load. We recommend ordering early during festive seasons.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product weight, and courier availability. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 during selected campaigns or seasons.

Standard vs Express Delivery

We currently offer standard delivery through Shiprocket courier partners. Express/local delivery may be offered in selected Ahmedabad areas depending on availability and order value.

Serviceability

We deliver across India wherever our courier partners through Shiprocket are serviceable. If a location is not serviceable, you will be informed and the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please do not accept visibly damaged, opened, or tampered packages. If you receive such a parcel, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos so we can investigate with the courier partner.
